Cancellations & Reschedules

An issue came up and the house is not ready? No problem! We can reschedule or cancel an appointment at no charge as long as we know 24 hours or more before the time scheduled. Any reschedules or cancellations within 24 hours of the time and day scheduled will include a $75 cancel/reschedule fee.

Home Readiness

We know it takes quite a bit of work to get a home ready for photos, and that is why we have created a checklist that you can forward to your sellers to help them understand what best to do to make their photos shine (you will receive the checklist right after you fill out this form)! Before we arrive, please make sure the house is photo ready, lights on and blinds open. For Packages 1 and 2, we have 1 hour blocked off, for Package 3, 4, 5 we have blocked off 1.5 hours. In order to be timely to our our client appointments, we are not able to stay at the house longer than these time frames. Our goal is to give all of our clients the time they need for their homes, so please help us by having the house ready to go when we get there. If we have to reschedule our shoot because the house is not ready when we arrive, there will be a $75 reschedule fee added to the appointment. Thank you so much for your understanding and support!

Travel Fees

Our local coverage area is any home within 30 miles of Lodi or Modesto. Any home outside of 30 miles from either Lodi or Modesto will incur a $1/mile/one way travel fee. (For example, if a home is 43 miles from Lodi or Modesto, a travel fee of $43 will be added to the appointment)

Payment Info: No need to worry about payment today! We will invoice you at the end of the month for any projects we did for you that month, and you will have 30 days from the invoice date to pay either by check or credit card.
